Vitalis & Advenir add Rockford, IL Plastic Surgery Center to Medical Office Portfolio

The off-market transaction closed on February 3, 2022.

Vitalis and Advenir JV, acquire Rockford Plastic Surgery Center located at 5995 Spring Creek Rd in Rockford, IL for $5,275,000. The 14,400 square foot medical office building is fully occupied by Pryor Health on a fifteen-year NNN lease.

Founded in 2013 by Dr. Pryor, Pryor Health has become a leading provider of plastic surgery and non-surgical aesthetic medicine across the Midwest and central United States. The 5995 Spring Creek Rd location serves as Pryor Health’s headquarters.

“We were drawn to the investment opportunity following the significant capital investment by Enhanced Health Partners to grow Pryor Health’s platform nationally,” said Elliot LaBreche.

This the JV’s third acquisition in the last two months in the Milwaukee – Chicago metro area.
