Vitalis advises on Sale of 35,000 SF MOB/ASC in the Bronx, NY. 

The transaction closed December 12, 2024.

 Vitalis advised Chicago Pacific Founders (CPF) on the acquisition of a 34,900 -square-foot medical building located at 951 Brook Ave in New York. CPF purchased the assets for an undisclosed price from a private investor.  

The 100% leased asset is anchored by an ASC and the balance of the building is occupied by Montefiore Einstein Comprehensive Cancer Center and Essen Health Care Diagnostic Imaging.
